Net GP Earnings

All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice. The following figures are for the financial year ending March 2021.

• Average pay of practitioners working at the Riverside Surgery = £83,139
• Number of full-time GPs = 2
• Number of part-time GPs = 3
• Number of locums who worked six months or more in the financial year 2020/21 = 0

Note: The average pay figure is before payment of Income tax, National Insurance, Employee Pension costs and is net of practice expenses.
