About Us

Riverside Medical Practice is situated on the south west side of central Horsham and serves over 10,500 patients living within a 3 mile radius.

Riverside Medical Practice sets measurable standards that take into account our responsibility for delivering national and local priorities in health care. These standards are reviewed regularly and we monitor our performance against the standards set, by clinical audits.

Registration

It is quick and easy to register with a GP using our simple online GP registration form and there is no need to come to the practice. If you prefer, you can attend the practice to collect a registration pack. We are a local GP Practice and have a catchment area for home visiting purposes.

Practice Information

Parking

There is a small car park at the front of the building for our staff.

Patients may park at the practice only if they are attending the surgery for an appointment and if there is space. Under no circumstances should patients double park or block the entrance to the car park – this is dangerous and obstructive.

There are car parks very nearby including Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Blackhorse Way car parks. Patients should use these if there is no parking at the surgery.

Anyone parking at the surgery when we are closed will be issued with a Parking Charge Notice.

Disabled Access

  • There is a ramp at the side of the building leading to an automatic door for wheelchair and pushchair access.

Patient Group

We are interested in hearing your views about the surgery, how well we are doing and how we may be able to improve the services we offer you – we can only do this with your help. You can find out more here
