The Coffee Morning will run from 10:30am to 12pm at Methodist Hall, London Road, Horsham.

Please come and meet with members of the Riverside PPG Committee, staff from Riverside Medical Practice and various support groups such as Age UK and The Olive Tree.

• The get together starts at 10am with teas, coffees and a selection of cakes.
• Our Chairman, William Boulter will make a short address at 11am followed by an update from one of the Practice Staff.

All patients of Riverside are welcome as are children and other family members.

This will be our first opportunity to all meet each other and for you to hear more about the support available to us all.

We really look forward to seeing as many of you as possible.
