Home Visits
Requesting a home visit
Home visits are carried out at the discretion of the doctors and clinical need. Visits may also be carried out by our Paramedic Practitioner or District Nurses. To arrange a home visit, please complete an eConsult form. Please note we are unable to offer home visits for other reasons, such as lack of transport. Home visits take up much more of a doctor's time than a consultation in the surgery, so if you are mobile please come into the surgery to be seen.
