Covid-19 Autumn/Winter 2024-25 Vaccination Programme
Eligible patients are:
- Residents in a care home for older adults
- All adults aged 65 years and over
- Persons aged 6 months to 64 years in a clinical risk group
- Frontline NHS and social care workers, and those working in care homes for older people
Eligibility and information for the immunosuppressed can be found on the NHS website
We are not undertaking the COVID-19 Vaccination programme at this surgery so please do not contact the surgery.
