Covid-19 Autumn 25 Vaccination Programme (from 1st October 2025)

Eligible patients are :

• Adults aged 75 years and over
• Residents in a care home for older adults
• Individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed. as defined in COVID-19: the green book, chapter 14a; tables 3 and 4

We are not undertaking the COVID-19 Vaccination programme at this surgery.

The nearest vaccination centre is Bohunt School, Horsham RH12 6AP.

Patients are now able to book appointments via the National Booking Service either on-line or by calling 119.
