Flu Vaccination Clinics

We are now able to book you in for your free NHS flu vaccination here at Riverside Medical Practice.

Am I eligible?

You are eligible for a free NHS flu vaccine in 2025 / 2026 if you are:

• Aged 65 years and over (or turning 65 by 31 March 2026)
• Aged 50 to 64 years (including those not in a clinical risk group)
• Aged 6 months to under 50 years and in a clinical risk group
• Pregnant
• A child aged 2 or 3 years on 31 August 2025
• A school-aged child (Reception to Year 11)
• Living in a long-stay residential care home
• A carer receiving carer’s allowance or the main carer of an older or disabled person
• In close contact with someone who is immunocompromised
• A frontline social care worker without employer-led occupational health cover

Clinic dates

We are holding flu clinics on:

• Thursday 2nd October 2025: 8:30am to 4:30pm
• Friday 3rd October 2025: 9:00am to 5:00pm
• Tuesday 7th October 2025: 9:00am to 5:15pm
• Saturday 11th October 2025: 9:00am to 12:20pm

Parking information

Please use alternative parking.

There will be very limited parking at the practice during flu clinics, these spaces should be reserved for patients with health conditions and impairments.
