Riverside Medical Practice
Online Requests - Changes from 1st October 2025
From 1 October, you will be able to submit requests and queries to the practice through our online form between 7:30am and 6:30pm.
- All requests will be reviewed within one working day and we will let you know what will happen next.
- If you need help more quickly, please call the surgery. In an emergency, call 999.
- Telephone and in-person contact options remain available during our usual opening hours.
