Spring COVID-19 Booster Programme
The NHS will be offering a spring COVID-19 booster vaccination from April to June 2026 to people who are at highest risk of severe illness from COVID-19.
We are pleased to confirm that our practice will be offering COVID-19 vaccinations at the surgery for the first time as part of this spring booster programme.
Who can get a spring COVID-19 vaccine?
You may be eligible for a spring booster if you are:
- People aged 75 years or over
- Residents in a care home for older adults
- People aged 6 months to 74 years who have a weakened immune system due to a health condition or treatment
Eligibility is determined in line with NHS national guidance.
Vaccination Clinics at the Surgery
We currently have the following COVID-19 vaccination clinics scheduled:
- Tuesday 14th April
- Wednesday 15th April
- Wednesday 22nd April
- Friday 24th April
- Thursday 7th May
- Friday 8th May
Further clinic dates will be added in due course.
Eligible patients will be invited to book an appointment when they become available.
