URGENT: Car Parking at the Surgery

In recent weeks the surgery staff have experienced increasing incidents in the surgery car park including:

• Aggressive and rude behaviours by patients towards the staff
• Double parking and blocking access to the front entrance
• Blocking cars in so they are unable to exit the car park

We are monitoring the situation very closely and over the coming weeks we will observe if there have been improvements. If there are no improvements to the above, we will have no alternative than to close the car park to ALL patients.

There is alternative parking close by at Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Blackhorse Way car parks which patients should use.
