Riverside Medical Practice
We are currently short staffed
We would like to let patients know that we are currently experiencing staffing pressures due to a number of team members being off work at present. This includes reduced availability within our GP, Paramedic and Clinical Pharmacist team, meaning we are currently short staffed overall.
Dr Patel has now returned to work on a part-time basis, and we would like to thank patients for their kind words, patience and understanding during this period.
Due to these ongoing pressures, our capacity remains limited and we may not be able to offer appointments as quickly as usual. We will continue to use our triage system to prioritise patients with the most urgent medical needs. Where appropriate, we may advise self-care for minor illnesses or signpost patients to other NHS services.
